Hi! We’re Tim + Lauren York
We’re the husband-and-wife duo behind Neon Palm Ice. Our story started in Philadelphia, where Tim tried Italian Ice for the very first time and we set out to reimagine this classic treat using real fruit, bold flavors, and a touch of creativity.
With Tim’s background in craft cocktails and Lauren’s eye for design, we built our first cart in Kansas City in 2017, refined our recipes in California, and in 2024 brought Neon Palm back to where it all began.
